This is a nice, easy hike to Fragrance Lake in the Chuckanut Mountains. It's not crowded like the main trail to Fragrance Lake, and you get peek-a-boo views of the bay and islands along the way.
The trail starts somewhat steep then evens out and gently leads you to the lake. There is a gorgeous waterfall about 1.5 mile in, really mossy and gorgeous in early spring.
We walked around Fragrance Lake, total round-trip mileage was 4.23/877ft elevation.
