The landslide area has been repaired. We went up the Hamilton. There are a few areas where hands were needed, there is little risk or exposure. It's all forest flowers until the upper switchbacks that have pretty open areas, views and flowers. The social trails that extend the switchbacks have some of the best flowers and views. Especially showy were the chocolate lilies, larkspur, sea blush, chickweed, and spreading phlox. We took Don's Cutoff and Hardy Creek down. This takes you through some more pretty open areas before you head down and Hardy Creek is a lovely trail with lots of forest flowers right now.
