Craft Island — Sunday, Apr. 19, 2026

Still a fair amount of muck and water on the trail but generally not above boot level. We took some friends with us and their kids also enjoyed the adventure of choosing a path across the  wetland and then finding the sandy beach. The hill on Craft Island had small Camas blooming and there were some small yellow flowers as well. Lots of other parties were out today but it didn’t seem overly crowded. Snow Goose Produce on the other hand was a zoo with the ice cream line stretching far into the distance. The next ice cream spot down the road was much more manageable of a line at the berry farm.
