Spring Lake/Lake Desire Park - Echo Mountain — Friday, Jan. 17, 2025

Went up the Echo Mountain trails to reach the rocky top. It’s a fairly steep ascent for a beginner like me, but intermediate or advanced hikers could probably scuttle up with ease. Went on a dry, bright winter day and only passed two other people on a Friday afternoon. The trailhead is located in a residential area and there’s space for about 5 cars (creatively parked).
