Trip Report

Boulder River — Saturday, May. 24, 2008

North Cascades > Mountain Loop Highway
Beautiful trees, great weather.
Very nice hike, trail is well maintained. There are a few tricky parts towards the end (walking on logs, hopping across rocks on a stream), but nothing bad at all. There's a decent amount of mud on some of the trail as well, you're going to get a bit muddy if you continue past the waterfalls :) Great trail to show people a good easy walk in Washington, I'm going to keep this one in mind for when family visits.
The needed waterfall shot, as most people go to see them.
