Hiked to Snow Lake with two 7-year-olds on a gorgeous day. Trail in fine shape with wildflowers, frogs, and water en route. Several people reported vicious mosquitoes at the saddle and beyond, but we saw just a few (and they were deterred by our DEET). At a relaxed pace the kids took 3 hours up and 2.5 hours down.
