What a beautiful day for a hike. Trail in good condition except for one blow-down which can be easily hiked under. Wild flowers in all their splender. Views at almost every turn. Ran into snow covering the trail shortly after the Hannegan camp sign. Was unable to pick up the trail so decided to turn back having never hike on this trail before. The only down side to the whole day were the black flies. They were hungry.Plan to try again in a couple weeks.
