Franklin Falls - Winter — Sunday, Jan. 14, 2024

Franklin Falls are now frozen! It was a chilly 13F when we started out around 9:30 am but we had multiple layers (base layers, ski pants, midfleece, puffy coat + hat, warm gloves and snow boots) and stayed warm. Except my hands got very chilly whenever I took off my gloves for photos. 

Due to the fresh snow, I didn't put my microspikes on going towards the falls. That section right by the falls may become icy if there's any rain, however.
