Started before sunrise trail at the start trail wide enough for three people ascending got narrow once over Frying pan creek. Than the fun starts incline not too bad. Until you get passed Summerland you hit rock and a couple of snow fields to cross. The one at the summit a bit of a challenge but it’s doable. After the summit to Indian Bar was incredible. It was 2500 feet down hill to the camp. A incredible waterfall to the camp over a bridge that looks like it needs a little up keep. No worries it seemed very strong. Rested at the group shed. Than back up I encountered a lot of trail runners coming down. Than more campers on a narrow up hill trail. When I finally hit the summit I reflected on all the beautiful views. I saw a goat herd, marmots, Buck and Hawks. Even though it rained off and on it didn’t spoil the day. It was a great day.
