Moulton Falls — Thursday, Jul. 6, 2023

This is my first returning hike after heart surgery, and it was a good one. Easy for kids, dogs, and beginners; or returners like me. It's a good hike with great attractions early on.
The description of where to park in correlation to the claimed 2 mile round trip did not go well together. I parked in the designated parking on the side of the road, not the directed one; and that still put me in the middle of the trail, not at the beginning. If you want the beginning trail head park in Hantwick Road Trailhead.
Despite this hiccup, the trail was in good condition minus a fallen tree that needs to be removed and water over one section of the trail. The river had lots of swimmers today, which was nice to see.
I will be returning to this area to hike more and see what else I can find in this area. :)
