Fantastic hike with beautiful Puget Sound Views! Hiking the wildflower covered bluff, the elevation gain is in the first 1/4 mile, then a sandy, narrow trail leads you gently around the bluff, ending with a switchback decent. Return to the trailhead via the beach…you never know what you might discover! (Crabs, beautiful rocks, mermaids purse, even a washed ashore baby dolphin?)
Not too busy…ground hornets were profuse, so bring your epipen if your allergic, but they didn’t seem to mind us hikers.
