2 hours one way to lake.
Parking lot had space late Saturday afternoon.
Still plenty of lake view camping spots available late evening. Go right just before the lake if you want privacy. The day area camping is incredibly open and everyone walks thru you. The pit toilet is located near the day area.
Several small- shoes stayed dry- creek crossings. Find the logs. Plenty of water sources.
No animals larger than a bird…. or humans. Bug spray is a must.
Excellent for kids, dogs.
