I did about three miles from the main parking lot on a lollipop loop through the northeastern corner of the park. A few muddy spots, but generally clear sailing. I saw numerous horse droppings along the way, so A) watch your step, and B) know that horse riders do use the park!
I arrived about 07:30 and there was one other car in the lot. I saw one person on the pipeline trail on my return, but otherwise didn't see anyone else. There were five other cars in the lot when I returned about 08:30.
