Finally got around to doing this trail. #FirstTripReport
Rather novice hikers and this one stretched us a bit. Came in to parking lot in afternoon - lucky to have a car leaving at the same time otherwise, the gravel lot was full.
Very cool to see paragliders above and landing in the open area adjacent to the parking lot.
A dusty trail and rocky too, but not terrible. Just need to pay attention. Nearly the entire way to the Point is a steady incline. Not unreasonable, but we weren't rushing it. Nice lookout near-ish the top to see the paragliders launch and with Rainier in the distance.
Shaded the whole time. One mosquito the whole way. Enjoyed it.
