Kukutali Preserve — Sunday, Jul. 24, 2022

Beautiful day outside on these trails. Always in good shape and the views are really great. Felt extremely peaceful here even though there was a steady flow of hikers and people playing in the water (my kids included). Saw herons, swallows, cormorants, and heard ravens.

This is still an excellent place to explore if you get a late start or need something gentle. Close out the day by visiting Snow Goose Produce on Fir Island for a post hike treat of “immodest ice cream cones”. Haha!
