Hidden Lake Lookout — Friday, Jul. 26, 2019

We arrived at the parking lot around 9:45 and it was already pretty full. FS 1540 is a nightmare for smaller cars and SUVs. It was only 4.5 miles, but seemed like 100 with all the potholes!

Luckily, the views on this hike are worth it. If you're thinking about stopping at the lake, keep going to the lookout - you won't be disappointed. Without a doubt, this is one of the most beautiful hikes I have ever done!

The trail itself is in good condition with a few easily passable snow fields.
