Ancient Lakes — Sunday, May. 12, 2019

It has become a tradition that Ancient Lakes - Dusty Lake have become our first backpacking trip of the last thee years. The setting and environment is breathtaking and we are able to bring new backpacking friends to experience the glory of the Washington desert. Highly recommended for new or seasoned backpackers. The weather was perfect - we didn’t have to wear extra layers to sleep.

Literally the only downside is that you have to bring all you water.
