Fort Columbia State Park - Scarborough Hill — Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018

Went on a winter hike while camping at Cape Disappointment.  Went up road side first, took the trail down.  Foggy at first (9:30) then fog burned off for good views.  Service road / trail is covered with grass, sneakers will get wet!  Fir tree across trail about 2/3 mile up, ok to scramble over.  Left side of loop (trail) is in good shape.  Some muddy places can be avoided walking to side.   A good morning hike on a rare sunny day.
