I've never done this short hike before, but I figured on my way out to the coast I'd drop in and check it out and I was not disappointed. There was one car in the parking lot when I arrived and I had the falls to myself for the entire time, passing only a few more people on my way back to the my truck. The trail is in great shape. I saw a few deer, some amazing sunbeams through the trees and the falls were looking great. The road in was in great shape, but be aware that it is mostly shaded so as temperatures continue to stay around or below freezing it can be slick in a few areas. #hikingthestate.
