Granite Creek Trail to Granite Lakes — Sunday, May. 27, 2018

First hike of the year

Hi my name is Switchback Ladybug. I am 7 years old.

On Sunday morning I started A hike called Granite Creek. The hike ran off the middle fork Snoqualmie.

When we got there there were almost no people. The trails were very wide at the beginning but they got skinnier as we did the hike.

when you do the hike going up it is very steep but it is not too steep. You need to take a lot of breaks. You need to bring a lot of water.

When you go down it gets  a little steep.

When you get to the lake it is very pretty. When I was there the lake was very high. There are 16 creeks that you have to cross. Most of them are easy but there is one that you may need help with if you are a kid.

I think that kids older than 5 are able to go but bring a lot of snacks and take lots of breaks.I would do it again.
