Quick outing this afternoon. Made the ridge in short order. Plenty of people out on this trail today, all were suggesting it was slick at the top. None making the comments had micro spikes or traction aids. I wore strap crampons, because I own them and have been wanting to walk on crampons all summer. It was amazing and actually highly appropriate at the top. Micro spikes were sufficient today though. Got to hike with my new friends J and O. Amazing people. Great conversation. Great day.
