Hiked with wife, nine month old and four year old. Trail is nice and short there was one small tree down which required navigating around. The creek was running pretty well and the bugs were only slightly annoying when we stopped. Great quick hike just to get outside.
I do suggest checking to make sure there are no shows going on at the outdoor theater. We got there early enough and explained to the people parking cars we only wanted to hike the trail they were able to park us where we could get out easy. When we left though there were cars everywhere in the parking lot and parked on the side of the highway for a good ways.
