Found rare solitude atop mount si on a gorgeous day. Began hiking around 8 am and only encountered a handful of others on the way up. Great views from the top while I had a snack in the sun. By the time I headed down the trail was beginning to fill up, as usual. Such a beautiful hike - would recommend to anyone, though it will be a lot of work if your legs and lungs aren't in shape!
