Trip Report

Paradise Point State Park — Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017

Southwest Washington > Lewis River Region
The road is in good condition, but there is a lot of road construction going on for the on/off ramps to I-5 so you have to take a different road to get to the park than you used to. It isn't too difficult to deal with, but you do have to deal with it. I didn't know there was construction going on up there until I arrived so it was a bit of a surprise. There are trees down in several spots along the trail. They are all fairly easy to go over (or under, in one case). There are also several places where the trail is muddy and I slipped in several spots. Other than that the trail is in good condition.
