This was my second time doing the lower section of the caves! After being incredibly cold the first time I would suggest wearing sweatpants or a thicker pant for when you are actually in the caves. For balance sake I would also bring headlamps or rent one. It can be quite rocky so not having to worry about a lamp or flashlight will make the trip much easier! 👊🏻
