North Cascades > Mountain Loop Highway

Surprisingly only 1 blowdown on the road that was easily passable, and a large blowdown during the last 1/2mi on the steep section. I cut most of the trail out last year, nice to see it stayed in fair shape. Lots of salmon berries, some blueberries, huckleberries, and thimbleberries. Not many mushrooms, but found a decent king bolete. Caught some nice rainbow trout at the lake with my daughter's frozen pole. A group was coming down from Meadow Mountain when we showed up.
