If it had not have been warm, I would not have stopped to take a drink.
If I had not decided to get a drink, I would not have looked up.
If I had not looked up, a spider would have gone unnoticed just above my head.
I looked at the spider.
I looked at the wispy almost invisible tether that held the spider to a limb some twenty feet above my head.
The spider's leap from the limb and commitment to success cast my complaint filled few miles into a feebleness of effort and perspective was regained.
There is always something out there if we take time to see it.
