Old Man's Trail, Cave Hole & Coal Creek Falls — Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014

Issaquah Alps > Cougar Mountain

Sky Country (the parking area) was packed and crowded with a party of runners who cleared out as we started the hike. Once we began, we only ran into a handful of people the whole way through. All of the trails are well maintained - in particular Coal Creek Falls trail which was just renovated by the WTA (thanks!). The waterfall is very pretty and the water was flowing healthily through the creek. TLDR: Easy and relatively uncrowded hike on well maintained trail to a pretty waterfall.
