Started at the Licorice Fern trailhead at 4:30pm, and walked to the "Far Country Lookout" viewpoint, as described in the "60 Hikes Within 60 Miles" book. The trail looked like it had been brushed out recently and was in great condition, no mud. Encountered just one person on the trail.
