Nice local forest with easy forest trails and an outer trail with good views of Burrows Channel. There were several dog walkers on the paved portion of the trail on the north end, but we didn't see hardly anyone on the southern side of the park. The outer trail on the south side has some rocky areas so for those of is with creaky knees, poles are helpful. We had our lunch at one of the picnic tables by the beach at the parking lot.
Restroom facilities clean and had TP.
