My friend and I needed a nice, chill hike and so we enjoyed just the little loop around Tipsoo. Lots of flowers are blooming right now. There are tadpoles in the lake.
I was there on the Monday after the July 4 weekend and, while we certainly had company, there was plenty of room both in the parking lot and on the trail.
Everyone was being really responsible and staying on trail, which was nice to see! Especially in an area that gets so many visitors.
The bathroom was stocked but not the cleanest I'd ever seen. (I'm hoping that was just water on the floor ...)

We were there the same day!! The kids and I camped at the little pond on the Naches loop. We didn't do the Tipsoo portion though.
