Our xPlore and xPose team hiked West Tiger 3 today. Even though the forecast warned us about rain and wind, the weather turned out surprisingly lovely — just a light drizzle on the way down and a bit of wind at the summit. We all had a wonderful time.
The top was wrapped in fog, clouds, drizzle, and a touch of wind, which actually made for a fun photo session. Many of us spent time capturing some beautiful shots — it added a playful twist to the day.
The trail is in great condition with no obstacles along the way. It’s wide, well‑maintained, and perfect for families. There’s plenty of parking at the trailhead, along with a restroom as well.
Wild flowers started popping out. The trail will eb filled with wild flowers in a few weeks. I am looking forward to it.
