Red Mountain (Commonwealth Basin) — Tuesday, Jun. 2, 2026

Scrambled to the top of Red Mountain. A hike to the bottom of the mountain from Commonwealth basin. In good shape. Scramble the last mile or so. Used helmets. There were some rocks that were kicked by people above. Good to have some head protection. You can pretty much follow a faint path to the top. Beautiful views at the top and a mountain goat!
