The road opened today and the weather was fine, making for a good hike up to Crystal Peak.
Parking - Plenty of spots at TH all day - we arrrived at 10:30 and left at 5.
Trail - in great shape. A few trees across trail but easy to get around.
Snow - none to speak of - one small patch. No need for any gear.
Flowers - just starting. Miners lettuce and phlox most common, some glacier lily and a couple of anemone.
Water - after the stream crossing on the second bridge, none
People - few - just 3 on way up who were coming down, no one else on top.
