I started from the parking lot on Bowman Bay and because of the low tide I got to skip going over the headland and walked straight to Reservation Head. Lots of wildflowers out-blue camas lily, stonecrop, white fawn lily, purple sanicle. It was socked in with fog when I arrived with about fifty yards of visibility but it slowly burned off. Even at that the pass bridge couldn't be seen while I was there. On the way back the tide had come in quite a bit and I had just two feet of beach to round the headland on.
The restrooms were open, well stocked and clean. The trails are in great condition but the section starting where the pond is is still washed out.
