Hansen Ridge, Scout Patrol Peak & Bearscout Peak — Thursday, Apr. 30, 2026

We were planning to explore up around Little Saint Helens or Scout Patrol, etc. We didn't really have a plan. And it didn't really matter because the road is covered with snow ~2 miles from the road's end. We parked and started walking. Within a few minutes, we discovered a few trees fallen across the road. As we continued to walk, the snow grew punchier and slushier and we decided we would rather climb Humpback so we walked back our car and did that instead.
