Mount Defiance, Ira Spring Trail - Mason Lake — Monday, Apr. 27, 2026

Hiked Mount Defiance on Monday morning with a friend. We met total of 4 people on this trail that day. Uneventful part to the lake, lake is mostly still covered in snow. Snow fields started shortly after lake. We used spiked and poles. Hardly any snow after ridgeline. It was cloudy so we did not get to see any views unfortunately.
