Seward Park — Saturday, Apr. 25, 2026

More of a park report than a trail report! It was an absolutely gorgeous day.

We got to the park around 11:30. We decided to park right outside of the park without trying the parking lots; plenty of parking just outside the park. It seemed like there weren't many options if you drove into the park by then.

Wildflowers are beautiful right now. We stayed for a few hours near the beach, and eventually many more folks showed up, though there was still plenty of space in the grass. Bathrooms next to the Audubon Center were open and clean, with plenty of toilet paper as well.
