The snow from earlier this week has almost entirely melted (see pictures). There’s a bit left on the final push to the top but it’s clear to the top of the rock steps portion. I had poles but didn’t need micro spikes. A bit puddly and squishy below where the old and new trails meet, but if you don’t get muddy, were you even on a PNW trail? I didn’t pack quite enough calories but the Mailbox provided - someone left a packet of Gu energy chews. (Thank you to whoever you are!!)
