Arrived to a basically full lot an a gorgeous Saturday around 11am. A few blowdowns at the first half of the hike, but they were small and straightforward to get past. There were intermittent snow patches and they became more consistent ~2 miles in. The transition from the snow patches to the final ~750ft of gain was very post-holey. You can minimize this by following the bootpath and avoiding obvious weak spots but i still punched through to my thighs a couple of times. Microspikes made the last push to the top and the snowy descent much easier, though there were several parties who were without. (YMMV) There was no snow in the avalanche chute but there are some cornices at the top that it would be wise to keep some distance from.
