Roadside parking is limited and there are no toilets at the trailhead.
The trail is very muddy in many places especially starting about mile 1.5 and there’s often no other way but through.
The normal creek crossings are a little trickier with all the recent rain. The big log used for the last crossing is very slippery.
Otherwise the obstacles are the same as I’ve seen in years past, a few logs to step over and low branches to duck under.
I didn’t check out any of the side trails.
It’s sad to see all the destruction of surrounding areas caused by hikers avoiding the muddiest sections.
The falls were lovely.
