It is always heartwarming to read that a sliver of nature has been preserved despite land developers best efforts. This small municipal park gives a great show of what the interior areas of the coastline once looked like.
The trails have recently been brushed so there was no getting wet. Lots of big trees, birds singing, and occasional glimpses of waterways and returning fowl.
Easy walking took us about 45 minutes to see the entire area.
