Comet Falls — Friday, Feb. 6, 2026

It’s rare you can do this trail in February but given lack of snow and recent reports we decided to add it on.  First half of trail snow free and then we switched to spikes.  Some steep drop off areas and def would not attempt in full snow conditions unless expert and carry ice axe…. Beautiful day and able to make it all way to falls but didn’t go higher. Please before current conditions as snow expected.
