Annette Lake Sno-Park, Asahel Curtis Nature Trail — Monday, Dec. 29, 2025

Annette Lake sno park is terrific- especially as an alternative to gold creek and Hyak that get really crowded like they were today.

This park is not crowded-
Easy parking at noon on a sunny mid winter break day.

The road has enormous potholes so make sure to take it easy.

This trail is not always snow covered - definitely bare spots and icy spots along with snow. There’s a pretty big blowdown about half a mile up the Asahel Curtis Natire trail.

Overall a beautiful day outside!
