Skagit Wildlife Area — Friday, Dec. 12, 2025

We have been camped at Bayview SP for 4 nights. Today before driving home we returned to the West and East 90 areas to hopefully find some snow geese in a field, but this was to be a trip where we only saw a few flying in the sky above us! Fir Island roads were closed because a levee had broken so we weren't able to take our usual route home to I-5 through Conway. We got on the 5 near Bayview and the Josh Williams Road. A few roads in the Bayview area were closed because of water over the roadway.
