With all due respect to those who are suffering from the weather, I got out and had a good day.
My WTA hike finder showed me a handful to choose from and this looked the most interesting.
Mid-winter dreariness hung heavy in the ravines. Water gurgles through Pipers Creek. Many people out training their dogs and wet trail-running.
A pileated woodpecker, some harbor seals, Juncos and Chesnut Backed chickadees.
