Mount Si - Old Trail — Friday, Oct. 31, 2025

Nice Halloween hike started with a headlamp a little before 7 and I kept it on through Boulder Loop.  Lots of evergreens on the mountain; but there were some pretty fall colors lower on the mountain.  Only a few patches of snow off the trail at the top, near the Snoqualmie Valley Overlook.  The skies were clear enough to have good views of the fall colors in the valley and some views of Rainier.   It was a bit windy at the top which had me add another layer for the descent.  Mt Si is such a great hike and workout in the morning.
