We had a break between rain squalls, so hit the lower couple miles of the Tieton Nature Trail. Fall colors are just about at their peak. Trail is in good condition with a few puddles to skirt. Between the second (middle) footbridge and the last (west) footbridge, the trail is less defined due to last year's fire. River is low, but a little off color due to the recent rains. If you hike this trail any time soon be sure to wear bright clothing since hunting season is in full swing.
