Big Tree Botanical Area Interpretive Site — Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025

We are camped at Lost Lake CG and today we hiked The Big Tree Trail starting at The big Tree TH for a total of 1.7 miles with little elevation gain or loss. We then crossed the road and walked part of the Lost Lake Trail which takes you in 1.4 miles to the CG. One can hike the Big Tree Trail starting at the CG making a 2.98 mile loop.
