Beautiful day after rain and snowfall. First on trail and hit snow about mile from lake but most should melt fast and spikes not needed. Was 1 to 2 inches at lake and full winter wonderland but beautiful fall lower.
parked at Franklin falls lot a gate still closed - short walk to actual trailhead. Clocked 9 miles per my Gaia and just under 10 per my friends all trails.
